+This is really admin work, and you will need an admin login to do this stuff.  The example I'm using here is for the LCTG Others list.
+  - Log into the admin page for the list.
+  - For LCTG Others, go to: [[http://lists.toku.us/admin.cgi/lctg-others-toku.us]]
+  - Login using the admin password (you need to get this separately)
+  - See in the menu: Membership Management.  Click on it.
