The shopping part of amazon.com seems to be blocking our VPN US IPs which could cause the website not to load or load very slowly. The solution would be to simply use US servers with the highest #numbers or connect to our Canada servers instead.

I also have a Gmail problem. When I run Microsoft Outlook 2010 on Windows 10 and I go to download your synchronize inside Microsoft Outlook all of my email while the VPN is running Google complains that I'm attaching from an unknown source and it sends my emails and alert saying that somebody tried to get in to your account and we denied them access I had to turn on in Google allow less secure connections in order to make it work properly. I don't want to have to do this but it's the only way I can get my Gmail to work inside Windows office 2010 while running Windows 10.

Solution:
Lastly, our servers provide static shared IP addresses thus many different users are using the same IP address to accesses the same websites. These websites can detect that there is increased traffic from a single IP address and thus this check is implemented to prevent any abuse of the website/service. To troubleshoot this issue, please perform the steps below:

1. Open Gmail in your Web browser and log in to your account.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Gmail page.
3. Click the Details link on the right side of the page to open the Activity Information window.
4. Click the Change link at the bottom of the window.
5. Click the option button labeled Never show an alert for unusual activity.
6. Click Apply.

1. Please open System Preferences, then click Network and choose Advanced.
2. After that select DNS at the top of the window and then remove all entries on the left panel by selecting them one by one and clicking the - sign. [there was only 192.168.1.1, it couldn't be deleted, and it disappeared when I did next step.]
3. Then add our DNS addresses: 103.86.96.100 and 103.86.99.100 by clicking the + sign.
4. Lastly, click OK and Apply.
5. Try these changes, this should increase the stability of NordVPN on your Mac.

(This did not prevent a disconnect.)
