Notes for people hosting and presenting.
Hosting, you are the host or cohost of a meeting. You can mute participants. Click on the noisy participant and click on mute; or bring up the list of participants and click on a participant to them. Stopping someone share. You can do this if you want to stop for a in allow yourself or person to share. Way to do this is screwy; you share your screen, pick a thing to share, and end your share. This is the way to end someone else’s sharing of their screen.
Presenting your screen. Suppose you have a movie that you wanna share. Start the movie, click, share, select the screen that has the movie. If you have buttons on the lower left at allow you to specify share the computers audio click them. Then click the share button on the lower right. It doesn’t matter if the movie that you are sharing is full screen or partial screen. there is an advantage to sharing, keeping the screen just as a partial of your fullscreen so that you can see other things like people in the meeting. The share of the smaller will come across OK it doesn’t have to be a full screen share.
